Think the people they are the real currency.
Wait! Wait! I know what you're thinking calm down. Let me explain.
This is the plain truth and probably the best thing you'll hear today, and getting examples from the top leading companies.
Which would help change your mind set to making money,or how money is made.
First of all how is money made? Money is made through rendering of services to people who pay for those Services. Services of some sort has to be rendered and people have to pay a certain amount of money for using those services. It doesn't fall from trees. Except there's a money tree somewhere and we don't know about it.
Now how is true wealth the people and not the money? .
It's simple, more people, more money.
If you have a product, or a service you're rendering, you should focus more on the people (consumers),
Let's give an example.
Company A and company B both render the same services. COMPANY A renders For 300 Naira and Company B renders for 700 Naira. It is clear that B who renders services for more should gain more, Right?
Let's see.
Company A has 1,000 people patronizing them a month and Company B has 400.Now who is making more?
COMPANY A right? Why? Because of the amount of people patronizing them. The probably would have cut the price and done something different to attract people.more people, more money
So from a business point of view, people are your currency.
Let's take a look at MTN one of the leading companies in Africa. Their money is the amount of people that buy the sim card and after achieving all that, all that is left is for at least one of every person,Who has the sim card to recharge as low as 100 Naira and their profit is made in billions,if you recharge more, the better for them that's the level they have attained all because of the amount of people patronizing them
Or should we take a look at Big Brother? One of the award wining TV shows
source
You know how much they have made of recent and all because of the people even if the voting fee is low, the amount of people voting is off the roof.
This happened today, a woman I know sells snacks and a lot of people love the snacks she makes and buys from her regularly at an affordable price. Today I went to buy pie from her and I noticed because she had a lot of customers she was comfortable and decided to spike the price ridiculously. Just after I got mine as I was leaving I heard a lot of people complaining, saying they won't come back and why would her stuff be so high ridiculously, the same woman they loved her product had lost many customers in one day. She had lost the people and the longevity of her business.
so when next you're coming up with a business idea or plan and you're thinking on how to grow your finances, ask these questions,
where is my market area?
who are the people patronizing me?
How do I attract more people?
Think the people!.
