For the last day of the conference, she was feeling a bit under the weather. A little warm, run down, tired, etc. The last day, we only heard that she got on the plane, and was feeling tired. All of this was via text as we were not home.
Today, she woke, feeling worse. A major fever, achy, coughing, sore, and very sick feeling. I texted her to schedule a COVID Test, for later today, and left my own conference for the drive home.
When I saw her, we drove to the testing center and got a few tests: Negative for Flu, but, it will be another 48 hours before the COVID results are back.
She usually responds to soup, when feeling sick... so, off the Grocery store, for a whole cooked chicken, some onion, carrot, celery and more. I would have picked from my garden, but I wanted the soup on fast, and bought... I'll harvest tomorrow, late afternoon.
