Di Nigerian workforce is huge, I mean the amount of freelancers that are coming out of this country, they are huge and more people are pulling into this pool at every day, at every time.
It is very necessary for us to understand that if there are more Nigerians that are entering into the pool of freelancer, web designer and the likes, there is need for us to niche down and develop a new category of web developer or niche down on what we actually want to become. Even not, you might just be as ordinary as everyone else.
And when you are as ordinary as everyone else, there will be no difference. There will be nothing that make you to stand out from everybody else. If there is nothing that you have that is making it to stand out then. There will be no edge that you are having. So whenever you’re applying for a job 1000 people like you can also apply for its two.
That is when you see a scenario when there is a job opportunity online but there is already almost 500 people that has applied within few minutes because there is now a massive. Full of people that can do the same thing just as you are.

But what can only set you apart is when you have developed a specialisation in whatever you are doing and how you were able to come up with new ideas at all time. This is what will surely help you to become a better person and develop yourself to be better in no time. This is the only antidote to standing out, getting that project, getting that work done, and becoming somebody like a masterpiece or a legend in your field.
