I've had that happen a couple times with posts as well so you're not alone. What I've taken to doing is just copy/pasting the whole thing in a notepad just before hitting "publish", just in case. It's definitely saved me a couple times. Not sure what the bug is but...definitely more than annoying.
In the meantime, the important thing is the results, which continue to be awesome. Thanks for the update. It's just fun watching you rack up the gains. Pretty amazing!

I did that notepad trick the second time i was writing the post. Such a bad taste when I hit ''publish'' and the post just dissapeared.
Yeah, it just sucks. Your stomach drops and you're just like "WTF just happened?!?!" No fun.
