How do you handle stress or the pressure to perform?
Like say office has entire team waiting for your work before they can work further.
Or in home where you have to make everything and others are waiting for you to do that.

Things take time, worry / stress only makes that time longer.
Doing your best is all you can do.
When something like that happens I don't try to rush things because everyone depends on my work at that moment... I take a deep breath and smile then I take my time to do a good job... I understand this because I go through it a lot in the office, I was feeling bad then but now I don't feel so anymore...
My boss told me something that have me courage to work better under pressure, he said if everyone is waiting for you, just know you are very relevant and believe in yourself, it shouldn't make you fear rather it should make you proud...
Just how I see it, I don't know for others...
Yeah believing in yourself will make you overcome every pressure you are facing
In order to induce a pressure first get off your mind off it by doing something else.
Believe in yourself that you can do it and be positive that's the best way I know to reduce pressure
The best way to handle pressure for me is to get rid of fear in your mind.
How can you get rid of fear?
Avoid worrying and imagine the worst. Don't think about what you want to do too much and find something else to do in order to distract your brain in that way you will escape pressure
yes I think that is the best way casting out fear will relieve pressure

The best way for me to handle stress or pressure to perform, Is by not worrying myself about the whole work load that Is needed to be done,then arrange all the task according to there urgency and importance.
And then accomplish each one base on how urgent they are.
The key is don't worry about the whole task just take it one after the other.
The best thing is to take away anything that cause pressure and focus your mind on what you want to do, don't allow pressure to bring you down.
Or to rules your life, make sure you disconnect yourself from pressure.
