I played a lot not to long ago because of my health issues, but I have gotten a bit better, so can concentrate on more things now, so Yeah I know about the time and how we feel for the day.
Yep, that's what "allows" me to be more active every now and then.

It is a long road, I have more energy than before, but still have a ways to go. But every day seems to be a bit better.
