This is to be a notice to the leaders of this community about applying all answer and suggestions to every questions and topics to the proofofbrain community but it seems as if the great discussion here in #pobstreet are all just in vain because non have been applied.
I went through all #pobstreet from day one and say great suggestion and solutions to pob community it's price and it's platform but most of them can't be carried out because the community is decentralized.
Like implementing limit in pob selling,auto pob staking, reducing pob reward pool and burning pob token but if proofofbrain community is totally centralized then it will be easy to take step by the coreteam.
We had discussions about some amazing topics everyday here and definitely there had been nice suggestions. But to implement such suggestions need a alot of community efforts, developments and funds. I think the first step is to keep these informative and knowledgeable discussions going, keep the POB brains working. Right now it's very important to keep POB growing and making it a strong community, once it had a strong foundation then definitely all important suggestions can be implemented, as its is said, Rome was not built in a day, we learn the same from Leofinance too, its the oldest and strongest Hive Community, but they had built a strong foundation first and now how well they are coming with new projects almost every month. First we all need to become better and stronger at individual level also to contribute in POB development. Any Important suggestion and improvement can be brought into Team leaders attention at POB discord server and we can come up with a post. For example there could be a #pobstreet summary post each Sunday, highlighting all important suggestions discussed in a week so that other users and top leaders can give there feedback and any desired further roadmap can be planned.

First and foremost, I think the best way to take step is to be sincere with ourselves and start. First and foremost let’s start with a powering up. There #bpuw there should be a specific day of the week where everyone buys POB and power up. It could be every Friday of the week, everyone interested should Guy pob token and stake no matter how small you buy.
This is my own opinion, and am ready to dedicate powering up $20 of pob every week. I feel this will help the price. There should be more powering up than selling. I haven’t powered down my pob since I started staking.
I really liked that. Although I don't put money in here, but I've been doing as much as I can to stake too. Since the POB itself helps me pay some bills too.
However, I don't feel comfortable every time I need to sell some.
So I try to work my hardest to reset.
Something I was seeing is that we have approximately 150k of free POB. Which if they were bought in that idea suggested by you and given stake would help to reduce the free amount. Also some token burning posts could help maybe...
This is the best way to support POB. We all should be Pro Stakers and invest as much possible into POB.
According to @interpretation, Rich List analysis top 50 Rich accounts control 68% of total power and this amount keeps on increasing and really its not a good sign. More than this 40% of the accounts hold no real #pob, that is alarming number. Another important point is that this rich list consists of top and active buyers too. We need more new investors and Stakers. We need to shift moment from top 50 to top 100 now, 51 to 100 rankers should lead the way in staking.

I think the best thing is to firstly
Accept: we need to first of all accept and agreed on the suggestion if truly it will work for the community
Then the next step is to adopt that is one most take the move And by doing this everyone will put it into practice if it work fine
I think this is a good step in the right direction, the developments of POB token requires a collectives efforts.
Some on POB seem to be vegetarians, but I love staking steak.

Because the only place you engage in this hive community is #pobtalk and #pobstreet only.
A friend told me about the community. Unfortunately, he doesn't have depth knowledge about the community too. However, he advised to always comment... And I observed that it's not all about comment.
I like the fact that you're asking those quetion in other to find your ways around here @tem0123 the learning curve at the hive is very long and wide and by asking question when one seems lost is one of the best thing to do.
To your question;
Staking is just a way of getting more rewards from your already earned #pob token, just scroll to your #pob balance, and press stake. Once you do this you will be abke to votes for quality contents of your choice which by so doing , it earn you some rewards from those contents you voted for.
Power up is when you stake you tokens, and the process of voting is called curation and the profit you make from curation is called curation rewards.
I will strongly advice you, to spend some times and read any quality post that comes your way, that is how i learnt most of what I know today and never stopes asking quetions when ever you are lost.

There are a lot of healthy and innovative discussions that happen here everyday and some suggestions are definately worth implementing. But wait, who's keeping a check and note of them?
So the first step is to make a list and note down all the important suggestions we get. Next step would be to prioritize them in a way that benefits the community the most.
And then, obviously we need to look at the funding and development part, pitching it correctly and getting investors who can help us convert our ideas into reality.

Perhaps we need a #pobstreet secretary to summarize the questions and suggestions made each week in a new post. Honestly speaking I think anyone with half a brain could go through @insight.pob's posts and find the questions and most popular answers answers each day and make a weekly post. This would be helpful to see an overview of what has been going on each week. Knowledge and awareness is the first step to implementing an idea.
If you believe strongly about an idea I guess the next step would be to do something about it yourself. Write about it and ask others. Maybe drop a line on discord and discuss more. I don't see all of the things here being resolved overnight but in a long term. In the short term I am trying to engage current users, help a few in the writing process and learn enough about code so I can actually understand the technical aspects.

What is our fate in future as a pob holders? or what would be our gain in future as a pob stakers?
This is really a pain to me to see pob value declining from 2hive down to 0.19hive and I have started staking when pob was 0.5 hive and now down to 0.19 so that means those who doesn't stake and sell of thier pob at 2hive are now in gain than those who staked at that time. The pob we staked are loosing it's value due to this community not coming up with a new project.
I bought a cryptocurrency under binance smart chain in May worth of $100 and the money rised to $572 and many took profit immediately and sell it off instead of I taking profit due to my trust in that Cryptocurrency, I decided to buy more of that coin. People were advising me to sell it off but I laughed at them and told them that they will regret selling it off just like people did to bitcoin in 2010. So after few weeks that cryptocurrency dips and get deeper till my money remains $0.17 from over $700 because I bought more. Those that took profit now laughed at me now.So they told me something very important, they told me that I should never trust a coin that is not an altcoin and I should first know about the future of a project before holding their coin.
Many are advising me to sell off pob but I will ignore them.i don't want to regret my action. @onealfa.pob multivated me the day he said he will keep buying pob for over 9 years and what makes him decided like that I will follow his footsteps. Pls @insight.pob take it as a #topic as Soon as possible.

Taking a progressive steps in every suggestion in this #pobstreet hosted by @insight.pob depends on we #pobstreet engagers. This proofofbrain community is just silent about the great suggestion and @scholaris.pob is trying his best in replying but none of this project and creativity in this #pobstreet has been carried out. We just drop comment and gives solution to some complicated situation without working on it and waiting for next day topic and that's all.
I wanna make a suggestion that will help us take steps on each proposed plan here and that step is that a topic should not be changed or we should not move to a new topic except the present one is being worked on and treated and implemented to proofofbrain community.
You won't regret staking pob beiits has a limited total supply. Those panic sellers and dumpers,it's thier time now to make thier profit because they won't be able to make much profit anymore later on and it will be difficult to make profit without you being a curator on your own then pob will half it's reward system and panic sellers would regret selling thier pob those time.

You are holding and staking which you earned from the POB community only, so there is no loss on it. Moreover you should be thankful of POB community. Do you really think you had earned that amount on Hive or other community. Also while posting at POB one also earns Hive and other community tokens, is that not enough?? Don't worry about POB future or market price much, it's just starting, build your Investment Portfolio, think Big and Be a Pro Staker. Also you are just 19 year old kid dear, don't worry much on finances now, focus on learning, develope some good skills, also focus on your studies too. Are in College? Try to learn something new and focus on becoming a good content creator and find new interests fro you. I hope you get what I am trying to advice you. I passed through your age and understand what you feel, I did the same mistake in 2017 on Steemit., the rewards are exciting part but consider them as a community token and never took it for granted.

Steps to take to proceed the plan suggested here in pobstreet are
This mostly depends on the powerful people and core team of proofofbrain because without them doing anything,there is nothing we can do but if they stop being silence on upgrading proofofbrain,then they will lay a path for we pob users to carry on with.
But the only thing the core team do including the admin @proofofbrainio is just to curate and that's all. There is no further steps by the coreteam for now but am sure it's just temporary and I hope one day the coreteam will improve thier project.
Definitely I sincerely agree with this too, at least it will help each individual to either come up with a content as a means of passing the information to entire pob community members who are unable to be here or will take a different measure aside that to make sure that success and positive results are achieved

There is different between growth and development ,yes proofofbrain community keep having newbies joining the community,this tells us that they are more growth than before ,we have alot of excellent author with a good write up and curators are doing their best curating good post ,which means we have more PoB been distributed every day ,
I think we are still not developing yet ,they should be more than just upvoting everyday , they should be other policy that will keep PoB price ,PoB price keep depreciating this is because we are withdrawing PoB ,they should be alternative for PoB outside hive ,
I agree with someone who said we should be staking 20pob every week but I think there is one clause,some people don't make to 20pob a week while some make more than thousand PoB a week ,why don't we make it 20% or 10% of totally amount of PoB we make in a week anyway I always believe the teams behind proofofbrain community you will always do better

I think for us to get it right, we need to maintain informative and knowledgeable discussion here. I believe there is no organized community without a leader who co-ordinates things and I'd also suggest we have a secretary to assist in summary of posts.
For us to become better and strong, fund is required so, in that view, I suggest we should do more of investment in pob development just as @vikbuddy also pointed out. There should be more of staking as it will help in building and growing of fund.
And again information is very vital, we should be able to pass meaningful and accurate information timely. Also on individual levels, we should prepare our minds and work together because to achieve this it requires collective efforts. Like the saying united we stand divided we fall.
