I think besides what people said here like staking it people having trust in it. The easiest way to increase value would be to burn some each transaction, that way you make sure the asset becomes more valuable.
Unfortunately now with pob you see that people have been sitting on it and that as it goes down people panic sell. There is not a whole lot to be.done about that but wait it out. But in future you could give people more incentives to stake it or burn a part of it to increase value
