Above all else, if you suspect something is wrong, it probably is wrong. If you suspect an article is fraudulent, the comments below point to methodologies that would help you verify your concerns and justify a downvote.

Whatever method you choose, however, should come with some level of concurrence in the community. I rarely DV someone without also reporting it to either HDR or HW. They can provide a second check that my action is wrong or correct.

Feel free to tag me on any suspicious articles you find. I can also investigate and contact other groups for validation as needed. Like I've stated before, one person alone can't tackle the problem for an entire blockchain ecosystem.

Mind you; fraud doesn't include only plagiarism. It can also have malicious upvotes or downvotes. Get help and guidance if you need it, guys
