RE: POBSTREET 3-11-21 #63: what is the reason behind the 10% beneficiary charges on the proofofbrain frontend? are you satisfied with this?

in #proofofbrain3 years ago

The question is irrelevant if you don’t ask what other tribe owners charge and compare. POB announce in a recent article that he changed the beneficiary charges. I recommend reviewing the article. It will be easy to find as he doesn’t post often.

However, I think the charges have always been in effect. We just didn’t see them. We started seeing the beneficiary when he raised charges on use of the tags in non POB front ends.

Try checking some of his articles earlier this year. He initially mentioned there was a low flat tax on the use of the POB tags when he set things up. The purpose though is development. We’re moving to a new front end. That costs money in setup and maintenance.

i think the funds should go to @pob-fund . if we really want the project to decentralised.

if we really want the project to decentralised.

post). There were talks about incorporating a multi-sig approach for the @pob-fund account and introducing a governance system like Archon has for introducing proposals and making tribe-wide changes (this has a multitude of problems which were further discussed in this

if the decentralised token fund DTF pool is created again, we will have 3 account for development of the community, instead we should have one or two at maximum, the 10% is not bad, i support it but i think it should be to a decentralised account.

The decentralized fund token for the development of pob community should not have been to a curating account but to a separate account and that's The mistake that proofofbrainio made. If he didn't use the proofofbrainio account to curate, then it's okay 4 me
