Such bullshit. I'm guessing it was taken from the Ledger Live app on my damaged phone. I damaged the phone very badly, the rep at best buy tried plugging it into her computer but it wouldn't respond or connect to the connection she tried. So, when I went to send it back (as warranty sent me a new phone) I didn't have a way to wipe the phone clean and I wasn't keen enough to look into it further I just sent it back as it was not really thinking of the consequences. I actually thought I needed to use the device to approve transactions with the app but apparently not.
Damn that is rough. I think crypto is going to have to work on this problem somehow. If grandma cannot use crypto easily without losing funds, how is it ever going to become mainstream?

Did you check in your ledger device? The ledger live app is only a viewer.
