Is pretty cool to see all this kind of stuff gaining in popularity :D We did check out the modular houses for a potential building project (tiny houses are out of the question for us, my rigs take up way too much space and that's not changing any time soon) but what we're currently looking at is yet another dying bloated conventional house XD
