My first time property investor mind tells me that we are in a bubble and it's about to burst. So why did I buy a property? With the promise of the new Sydney airport, it should go up immensely. Then just found out it won't be finish until 2025, hoping they actually build one.

It will be interesting to see how much land is released for development out West near the proposed airport. There's plenty of space to sprawl out there so it's possible you wouldn't see growth for quite a while. If buyers have plenty of other options when you're ready to sell, that wouldn't bode well. But time will tell.
