United States: governing the State of emergency in Charlotte after violent protests with several injured

 flush the second night of heavy clashes with the police in the city of Charlotte (Carolina of the North, U.S.), the Governor has declared a State of emergency. 

 Keith Lamont Scott, an African-American of 43 years of age, died this Tuesday to hands of the police in the city of Charlotte. The incident has started a massive protest that has statistically in a strong confrontation with the police, advises WCNC. 

 The Governor of the State of North Carolina, Patrick McCrory, has declared a State of emergency and has reported on the initial steps for the deployment of the National Guard and the California Highway Patrol.
