Updates! It’s like there’s something new every day!
We’ve got so many things going on at once that we just had to give you another update.
Commercial Plots
In games like Fortnite, corporate sponsorships and partnership deals are commonplace. While we do not know fully what to expect in the future, we envision a time when corporations will similarly want to take part in the Psyberverse. We’re open to these partnerships in the future, but nothing like that is happening at the moment. When we speak of commercial plots, there are many things that we see as possibilities, like owning your own mall, restaurant row, Guild compound or district. We’ve certainly already received communication from some warrior tribes salivating at that countdown clock until Friday 3/4/2022 at 12pm PST for the chance to buy one of 50 Commercial Plots.
Purchasing Rule/Info Update
We posted this 2 days ago:
- We will cap the ability of anyone to buy 3 commercial plots with LVL. This is to give an opportunity for those who are not whales to also place an order, if they want to get in while the price is only "X" LVL (amount will be announced in Friday's post).
- Once the marketplace is open, if there are still any commercial plots available, the price will go up to 7500 HBD or 3x the amount of LVL as listed in Friday's TBD post.
We’re adjusting this information with the following changes:
- We will be capping the ability of anyone to buy only 1 commercial plot with LVL.
- Two commercial plots is the max you can purchase.
Price Update
We’ve decided to let you know now how much LVL you will need to buy a commercial plot.
500,000 LVL or 2500 HBD will be the purchase price for 1 Commercial Plot.
This means if you want to buy the max 2 commercial plots, you’ll need either 2500 HBD and 500,000 LVL or you'll need 5000 HBD. We honestly don't think there will be any available by the time the marketplace opens, but if there are...3x the price: 7500 HBD or 1.5M LVL. Remember, there are only 50 total.
We will be placing 20M LVL on the market. We will place the lowest price at 0.0045 Hive/LVL and the highest at 0.005 Hive/LVL for the 20M for one week.
This will allow the opportunity to buy 500K LVL at 0.0045 with only 2,250 Hive, nearly a ~10% discount, depending on Hive’s value at the time of exchange. We love LVL and it will be a very important token to have once the marketplace opens up. We also expect this to have a positive effect on those who have contributed to the Swap.Hive:LVL Liquidity Pool.
Liquidity Pools Info
Just as a point to ponder, beyond the rewards for entering into the Liquidity Pool, there is also a benefit from every transaction that takes place when tokens are swapped via the LP. There is a 0.25% fee given back to those who create the liquidity in the pool (That’s you). This is not our doing, but the way the system works:

Yeah, you said you have 15% of the pool...I assume that means you put in 15% of the liquidity, which means your rewards every 24 hours are probably pretty massive

How much Hive have I sent for small land plots. I'll send you the LVL for a commercial plot.
I'm wondering though, since Psyber X is a FPS, how much land could I purchase for the following:
Can you guys make an NFT for a rechargeable glitter-unicorn area-bomb that saps the health of enemies within 10-20FT and transfers it to you? Just kidding (kind of).

Oh I understand @bobthebuilder2 wrote it. I was just teasing. Also, I believe it was 300 Hive per the last couple of articles on land sales. No rush. If we could verify that it would be great. Bob's words were very appealing. I sent 500K level for a commercial plot. I can't wait until this thing takes off.
