What governs the mind is executive function, and it can be disturbed by physical coercion, the mind itself cannot be "spontaneously disordered" (i.e., "mental disorder" theory), that would be complete nonsense, and is complete nonsense. Psychiatry, the "study of mental disorders", is a fraud. The emperor has no clothes, it is just a bunch of retarded, psychopathic, greedy soulless and spineless trolls who destroy other human beings because they lack any other skills, corruption is the only way they can compete in the marketplace, both socially and financially. Psychiatric mythology isn't about mentality (memes, "mental" just means memetic, the definition of mental is "of the mind", memes are units of cultural information "of the mind"), it is about executive function only. Repetition is the mother of knowledge. The mind does not govern itself. The brain stem is obviously not mental. Your spinal chord isn't mental either, nor are sensory nerve endings in your skin, or the axons between those. Take it down to the basics. The mind is an actual tangible thing, not just a word, that can be defined and dissected, and it is used by humans as a tool, sort of, it is evolutionarily evolved and highly evolved in human beings that have specialized for memetic evolution, the reason why we have technology. Your brain stem (for example) obviously partakes in government of your mind, the mind itself cannot be "spontaneously disturbed", what does disturb people is other people, going in using violence, and coercing them, disturb is a literal term, it is a verb, an action.
