@dimimp I must tell you the truth, since you called for it.

You are the worse leader any organization or group of people should never think or dream of having.
Firstly, you are terrible at carrying every team member along.
You claim to be wise, but in true sense, you lack wisdom.
I do not know what the purpose of steemjet was, but if it was aimed at distributing Steem to people, just so they can adopt it. Then the way you went about the distribution was totally biased and foolish. The poor got poorer and the rich got richer, what a shame on the true and initial purpose for creating steemjet (unless am wrong).
I watched you reward people who were highly creative enough to scam you while the genuinely creative ones were not even noticed.
you created a very silly hierarchy system which brought division, hatred, quarrels between brothers, and long lasting enmity.
Even when people reached out to make sensible corrections, you failed to listen, perhaps, it was all an experiment, but hello! Your Experiment ruined relationships between people instead of creating bonds.

In the above mentioned regard, you are nothing but the following ;

*Selfish

*pathetically oikophobic

*Cherophobic, because you clearly love chaos more than anything and why would you create a contest to have people lash you with words?

*You are supper weird too, but I like you for it, I like the fact that I can learn things from you and that's why am basically still around you.

Lastly, I don't think you are gynophobic because I know a couple of ladies you gave your money and attention to, but in all, try to develop your leadership skills, read books, attend seminars, go for trainings.

If you must lead, you should do that without being bias, if you must experiment, do so without being too selfish, and if you must decide to remain unhappy for the rest of your life, do NOT drag others into it.
