Association (for a company of any age)
The presenter thinks about one of the participants; the main goal of the game is to identify the identity of the person conceived.
For this, it is allowed to ask associative questions that will help to draw a parallel: "if this person were a flower, animal, music, fruit, continent, country, ocean, then what?".
As you can see, in this psychological game there is quite a wide field for maneuvering during the preparation of clarifying questions, so feel free to experiment with your imagination. And the facilitator, in turn, is useful to sincerely and accurately disclose the hidden personality, bypassing the acute angles, which sometimes arise from inexperience.
Exposing lies (for a company of any age)
Prepare cards on which there will be statements of the players connected with their personal life, for example, "I do not accept in people ...", "I want to learn ...", "in my childhood I dreamed about ...". All the phrases should be filled out truthfully, in addition to one, it must deliberately write a lie.
You can choose any phrases, it all depends on the intimacy of the relationship in the company, and the number of statements is regulated by the amount of time allocated for the game.
Then each of the participants in turn announces their thoughts, fixed on paper, and the rest try to reveal falsehood. For additional interest in this psychological game, you can count the points that were guessed and the one who read the answers - by the number of people who made a mistake with their assumptions.
Mutual understanding, Alias, Say differently (for a company of any age)
The goal of the game is to speedily, effectively explain the concepts written on the cards that have been taken, this is done without using one-root words.
Divide into pairs or equal teams. You will need an inventory: cards (phone application) and a stopwatch (available in the appendix); Do not be afraid to think of complex, abstract concepts, so it will only be more interesting.
