Most improtant for you now is stopping the paralyzing, which is to get your foot into the grind.
You can argue your way saying that it will not help much, but baby steps goes a long way. Theres a sub reddit I saw called No Zero days, where even just one push up a day counts as exercise, just make sure it is consistent. When you feel comfortable, add on it abit more.
Usually when you just start an action, most likely you are less likely to stop. If you do feel like stopping thats alright, just making sure you at least touch on it, for you thats paralyzed, is a big step
another is that get some extra help if what you are resistant about is feeling demotivated in not understanding a concept and getting stuck. Find a study group, study in school so maybe you can consult your teacher if you are unclear
