In this context I take judging to mean "form a conclusion about". Probably not the right choice of word.

Stop wasting time judging, other people or even yourself

I disagree. Popular idioms like "don't pass judgment on others" lead people to believe judging oneself and others is bad. The definition of judgment is The act or process of judging; the formation of an opinion after consideration or deliberation. That sounds like a very healthy practice, as opposed to reacting purely based on emotions, in an irrational manner.

What you might consider bad is the reaction to a judgment.
