Let's guess: you have a bunch of plans and ideas in your head, you are very creative and generous in inventions, and in general would have conquered the planet long ago, if not ... laziness.


Get enough sleep

Sleep is necessary, certainly not less than six hours a day for sure. If you regularly get enough sleep, your brain will be alert and fresh and will not let you down.


Have a rest

Take a walk along the street, take a break to read an interesting magazine, or play a game. You can’t be focused on something all the time: you get tired quickly, and the body tells you: “Well, that's it, I'm tired, I won’t do anything else, sorry.” But we do not need this, we are actually fighting with laziness here.


Reward yourself

Too lazy to even get down to business if you do not see either the end or the edge. In such cases, it is better to come up with a system of self-promotion. For example, at the beginning of the week, plan a fun and interesting weekend - the thought of this will motivate you throughout the week. And put the rest plan into effect only if you work hard on weekdays. If it is free, stay at home to finish things. So you will eventually accustom yourself to order. The carrot and stick method in action.


Go in for sports

We are not about exhausting exercises in a rocking chair. This can be a quick morning exercise, a jog in the park or dancing. When your priest rests on a chair all the time, this leads to only one thing - a state of suspended animation and general depression. But physical activity makes the body produce endorphins - these are magical hormones that are responsible for the feeling of happiness. Imagine how in a couple of months you will be pleased with your slender figure in the mirror.


Clean the room

Particular attention is paid to the working area. If there is order on your table, it will be more pleasant for you to sit down for it and do something. Create an atmosphere that will reflect you, and fill it with every corner of your room. Collect a mudboard, hang pictures of beautiful places and glue everything with bunnies or raccoons. They will cheer you up, even if you do organic chemistry or trigonometry.


Talk to optimists more

They say that there are people who can wake up cheerful and joyful. Here is the mission for you: to find at least one such person and spend more time with him. Collective despondency has never helped people cope with their tasks. And in general, energy is contagious.


Be responsible for the words

Probably each of us has such a friend who, at a meeting, is crucified about how tomorrow she starts to run in the mornings, download a press, get engaged in French and generally become president of the feminist movement. And then he finds 100,500 excuses why none of this has been done so far. It's a little annoying, right? It means that she is an irresponsible person and is not responsible for her words. And often in the place of such a girlfriend is each of us.


Make a list with numbers

Make a daily planner and paint the plan for the next day every night. And then put the numbers on each case in order of importance. You can’t even imagine how useful this is - it’s just impossible to miss something. And deleting things one after the other is perhaps one of the most pleasant feelings in the world.


Do not set impossible tasks

The most important thing is to correctly plan the day. No need to write: "Learn all English texts for a semester." Seeing this, you will not only not even start to open the textbook, but just send everything to hell and go to the beautiful country “Bed” to hug the all-knowing cat. Simply write: "Learn the text so-and-so." One. Learn to evaluate your real capabilities. And then, who knows, maybe you will get excited and read and remember a couple more.


Don’t put it off for later

There is nothing nicer than the feeling that you do not have any tails, debts and unfinished business. Your conscience is calm and does not spoil your mood.


Take away everything that distracts you

The phone lies next to your textbook and quietly calls you: “Look, Masha wrote to you. Oh, and Sasha “pro-clicked” your photo. On your ex's Instagram, new photos. ” Yes, yes, we know how it works. Put him on silent mode for a while and take it out of sight, so he won’t provoke you to check your VKontakte news.


Just do it
