Some things are just beyond our control. There are always going to be good and bad days because it isn't something that is ever "finished." It's a continual process of getting better at handling these things over time. The fact that you still care enough try is an accomplishment in itself. Just know that not everyone hates you, I can't speak for everyone but I know a lot of us love you, and even if you don't get to control what happens, it'll be okay.
