So behavior is basically a learnt skill. One can say that good behavior or lack of it is because one has not or did not learn it from their parents. Then of course next in line is friends and what is socially acceptable. Lastly but most important is what kind of personality this person has at his or her core … AKA, if he or she is a stubborn asshole then just short of a bigger bully to slap the shit out of his ass he or she is never going to learn.
Anyhow, excluding these losers in our midst, it makes sense how a community has developed a reputation of being kind, loving, helpful, respectful, and understanding. This is because at its core is good families that makes great communities. Bad examples are southern hospitality and Canadians on the good side. On the bad are New Yorkers and Californians.
