Have you ever wondered why you are down at some times and lifted and excited at some other time? When you search from within you, what do you think was responsible for such a feeling? Usually, it used to be nothing. Because, our feelings on most cases springs up from things we can't explain. Though, their are time we are happy or sad due to the happenings around us, that's not the focus of this post anyway, the focus is to look for what's responsible for our mood not minding the happenings around us.

It is expected of you to be happy when everything is falling in line for you, but their are some times you still feel down in your spirit despite the beautiful happenings around you. When such time comes, things that you are naturally interested in becomes irritated to you, you find no interest in them. If anybody should ask you why, you won't be able to explain, because their is a part of you that is missing, until you find it, you can't be yourself.

It is very easy for us to switch mood as humans depending whether we are missing a part of us or we have find our missing part.

What is responsible for this missing part are the information your five senses brings in and your brain processed. What your eyes sees, your ear ears, your nose perceived, your tongue taste and your skin felt, all would be taking to your brain which serve as the central processing unit of the whole body, when this is interpreted, it registered in your subconscious and you begin to respond to it in your action.

If the result is a good one, you become happy and when the results are bad, you become unhappy.

Why are you unable to explain this feelings most times? It's because it has been registered in your subconscious and you are not thinking about them before you acted them out, they just flow naturally out of you.

The only way out to this is to stay where you are accepted, stick to what keeps you happy, be careful of what you are feed with and flee from whatever it is that is not building you.

You can be happy if you can guide your heart from accepting everything that enters into it, if it won't build you, don't allow your brain to process it.

Happiness and sorrow, both are states of mind and both resides on us. We have to decide, which one to choose.

It takes a great mind to choose happiness over sorrow, the environment might not be friendly, but if one choose to be happy, he would be happy....

Thanks for your time bud

There are certain things that happen that we cannot explain nor put into words and we feeling that there is something missing.

Our subconscious and feelings play a huge role in trying to understand this.

That's the missing part I'm referring to, those feelings gain entrance due to all what we've been exposed to that we allowed our brain to process...
