We're in Illinois and there's a statewide stay-at-home order in place. I live in a small town of 7,000 so it's not really a big problem here (that we know of, at least) but most people are following the program and keeping to themselves. How about you, are you out in the wilderness or surrounded by folk?

I like the idea of a small town alot more than the cities being hit hard! Yes Ma'am we're out in the country but Mrs. J. is a guard at the county jail so she has to go to work.
So far no one in the jail has any virus symptoms thank God!

My youngest son is a guard at a state prison here and they take his temp every day as he goes in. Now they have the inmates on lock down and are confined to their cells. He's in a position where he changes locations every day, so I'm very worried about his exposure.

Howdy today blueyes8960! Oh how interesting, then you know exactly what the concerns are. The first thing they did at the jail was let go anyone who didn't have a serious crime so that helped.

They are almost shut down totally but some of the guards are the biggest problem because they don't care, they think the virus is a hoax so they aren't taking any precautions!

I think they need to start testing anyone who is still working in any type of job since many people can be carriers but never have any symptoms.
