Overcoming The Fear Of Failure

in #psychology2 years ago

In my opinion, it can never be overcomed. Fear of failure is embedded into our instincts. so more often than not, trying to be devoid of that fear leads to disappointment. we could, however, start building opposing forces to fight that fear. You will often see people advice you to think you are "better than the failure" and not let it get the best of you.I would suggest the polar opposite. to be humble to fear that it would eventually happen to every one of us. How is this beneficial? I have come to realize that most of the fear is associated with the "what if" anxiety and less of the actual failure itself. if you anticipate failure to be one of the possible outcomes, it gives you much better clarity. much better. and effectively near zero associated anxiety. another byproduct is that, you know exactly what failure looks like, giving you a much better roadmap on how to minimize its probability.
