before reading this post I have taken the time to read your first post so that my understanding is not wrong. Much of your writing has motivated us, and this time I try to unite myself for your understanding. I agree on what you have analyzed. Right, and just justify your sentence in this post. Why? because we have gained many things through mentors. for me coaching, consultancy, training, mentoring is a very important thing for us to grow flowers.
