Seriously, why is it so hard to find good sources for your lucid dreaming education?
I explain my take on things in this video.
Sadly, there is very little to be found in the way of rational information on the topic. What few discoveries have been made in science are constantly rehashed, just as with the lucid dreaming practices themselves. A quick google search for "lucid dreaming" will have you swimming in a sea of metaphysical hooey like astral projection, chakras, shared dreaming, and the like. What is a sane lucid dreaming student to do?
Despite the woo, I have succeeded in lucid dreaming and it's done quite a lot to improve my mental state and overall well being. I'll be sharing more practical lucid dreaming information in the near future. Suffice it to say that lucid dreaming is as valuable a practice as meditation, with as interesting effects as psychedelics. It does take some work to get started, but I endeavor to make it a lot easier for you by doing some of the leg work.
So if you're interested in learning about this and similar topics, you know what to do.
