howdy young leader torrey.blog! well I am very impressed by many Millennials as far as their tech savvy and smarts, much smarter than my generation but their expectations and work ethic in a large percentage has been significantly off but I have reason to believe they will come around.
What is your impression? Are we older people out of touch, is it our fault for raising the younger generation improperly? are you surrounded by hard working, responsible, realistic Millennials similar to yourself?
Excellent questions, really got me thinking, @janton!
“All generalizations are false.” We should all push past stereotypes and live life on their own terms. Age is not a good excuse (young or old).
I wouldn’t say I’m surrounded by hardworking millennials. But I try to set a great example, to not compare myself to others, and to compete against myself.

You touch on something really important there @torrey.blog, and it's applicable to all age groups, actually: Don't compare yourself to others; compare yourself to yourself... and ask whether you're being your BEST self, or at least the "self" you visualize.
yes sir denmarkguy... you are correct sir! lol. isn't that what Ed McMann used to say to Johnny Carson when he was mind-reading those cards in that silly skit or is that before your time?
yes sir I love that philosophy and can tell that you are going to be very successful! God bless you!
