I think we have all experienced some level of psychological trauma since childhood. The mere fact we are raised by parents who are flawed and messed up in their ways cause for some trauma during these formative years. As we get younger, life experiences, relationships, children, death...etc, yes it's all trauma. But it's how we deal with it is what is important.

Well no one is perfect, that is a fact, but causing a real trauma requires something more than being raised by people with a lot of flaws.
