Sounds like a very nice Sunday. Good job on working on your meditation, I started out with Headspace about five months ago but moved on after only a few weeks to some other teachings. Now I’m doing one hour morning meditation every day. I want to recommend that you find a quiet and comfortable place, where you will not be disturbed, to do your meditation. This way it will be most rewarding for you as well. Have a wonderful Xmas time 🙏🏻
