Como sempre gosto de fazer, estava eu navegando na internet procurando notícias que estivessem me chamando atenção, e essa chamou:

Ela diz o seguinte, que na região de Parma Itália é comum os restaurantes servirem pratos de carne de cavalo, e que são bastante apreciados na região, tão ou até mais do que nós aqui apreciamos uma picanha bovina.
Aí eu pensei como a moral humana é algo subjetivo e atrelado à cultura local: o que é moral pra mim pode causar ojeriza em você e vice versa.
Mas será que tem que ser assim? Será que moral realmente não tem nenhum componente objetivo e Universal, e é apenas algo que deve ficar “a gosto do freguês”?
Porque pensem comigo, se a moral é 100% subjetiva ela passa a ser mera questão de opinião pessoal, ou até mesmo de gosto pessoal, e então não teria como uma pessoa se achar moralmente superior à outra. E também perderia o sentido sempre que uma pessoa tentasse impor à força o seu código moral às outras pessoas que não compartilham das mesmas ideias.
Com relação a esse caso específico de comer carne de cavalo, acho que me causaria um pouco de estranheza, assim como me causou a primeira vez que experimentei carne de coelho e rã. Mas do ponto de vista moral, realmente não tem como argumentar contra, pois comemos carne de boi, porco, etc. Então qual seria a diferença de matar um boi ou um porco pra comer e matar um cavalo? Do meu ponto de vista não tem diferença nenhum. Então ou proibimos ambas, ou então estaremos sendo incoerentes ao criticar os nossos amigos italianos que adoram comer cavalo.

Nas aulas na faculdade de Direito, por muitas vezes discutimos isso. Interferência da sociedade e costumes na moral e até nas leis do país. Cada doutrinador tem um ponto de vista, e ao final da faculdade não chegamos a nenhuma conclusão, senão o famoso "depende"...
Pois é, esse é um dos maiores dilemas da vida. Uma coisa tão importante quanto a moral, mas que ninguém chega a nenhuma conclusão definitiva além dos achismos pessoais e dos "dependes".
É verdade, não podemos criticar, não há argumentos plausíveis!
Pois é, por mais estranho que possa nos parecer não há argumentos racionais para critica-los.

Moral em minha visão, é um conceito subjetivo. Nesse sentido do texto , precisamos ver que a moral é advinda do meio cultural em que o sujeito vive. Ela é introduzida á ele desde pequeno através de ensinamentos familiares e sociais. Com isso, o indivíduo absorve e cresce com esse sistema de pensamentos e crenças.
Vamos dar alguns exemplos:
Na India, se uma vaca estiver no meio da rua, não podemos tocar nela de modo algum. O trânsido todo para e temos que esperar ela passar. Se ela Deitar no chão para descansar, ou encontramos uma nova rota ou ficamos lá esperando. Aqui no Brasil, uma pessoa muito bem intencionada poderia ir até ela e retirá-la de lá com todo carinho. Na India, seria uma blasfêmia aos deuses, pois estaria tocando em um ente sagrado á eles.
Outro exemplo, Na China, é muito comum comerem carne de cachorro. Lá o cachorro seria como gado, porcos, galinhas, etc para nós. Porém, aqui no Brasil os cachorros são vistos em geral, como membros de nossa família. Inclusive eu, tenho minha linda cachorrinha. Vou por uma foto hehehe :
...continuando, quase ninguém conceberia a idéia aqui de ter um matadouro de cachorros para fazer carne de cachorrinhos. Porém, Na India, ninguém conceberia a idéia de ter um matadouro de gado.....
Outro exemplo, aqui no Brasil, as mulheres em geral podem usar a roupa que quiserem. Claro que em alguns casos, receberão um olhar torto da sociedade, porém, podem vestir-se como quiserem.
As muçulmanas precisam usar a burca. Caso saiam na rua sem ela, serão até apedrejadas pelos homens e inclusive pelas mulheres, que reforçam esse conceito de domínio do homem.
Logo, vemos que essa visão de moram é muito flexível. Depende muito da influência que a pessoa sofre em sua criação!!!!
Bem descrito. É isso mesmo, a moral descritiva é bem subjetiva mesmo, e até conflitante de uma cultura para outra como você bem frisou. Porém indago se moral é só isso mesmo ou se existe uma moral prescritiva objetiva, que deveria ser observada por todas as culturas e que portanto pudesse ser imposta a todos.
