Hermano, it is unfortunately true, the bureaucracy is killing people. More the reason we need to be united after this and be ready to defend ourselves. Enough bureaucracy! We've seen enough of it, its not in our nature, its a symptom. What really got to me is, Jay Fonseca recently reported that FEMA is taking packages that are destined to private relief groups. Because the bureaucracy has been slow, private individuals are taking it into their own hand and FEMA is stepping in. This is outrageous! Pa'lante hermano, the diaspora stands in solidarity.
