"This should be the Nr. 1 story in the media every day until we can get food and water to every Puerto Rican. And not just skittles and MRE's."

"The army knows how to do expeditionary logistics, but their hands are tied by this unified command. You've got 4.3 million people, you need 4.3 million MRE's at least twice a day, plus a snack, plus at least a gallon of water per person, so they need 4.3 million gallons of water per day. That is the logistics math they need to do and they haven't done that yet and the FEMA contract people do not understand logistics."
