Pumpkin Lasagna

Pumpkin has came a long way these days and theres soo much
more than just a pumpkin pie.Anything pumpkin is always a hit
when it comes to a dessert.

A few years ago i started making Pumpkin Lasagna.

Here is what you will need to make your own Pumpkin Lasagna

Bottom layer(Crust)

2 cups of flour
1 half cup butter (room temp)
1 cup crushed peacans

Layer of cream cheese

1 pack of 8oz chream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cool whip (room temp)

Pumpkin layer

2 cups cold milk
2 small packs of white chocolate pudding mix(instant type)
1 small can of pure pumpkin filling
1 cup cool whip(room temp)
1 teapson of pumkin pie spice

Topping
1 and a half cups of cool whip(room temp)
2 cups of peacans chopped(chop them little as possible)

Preheat the oven to 350

In a big bowl mix the one cup crushed nuts,and butter and bake for around
20 mins.(all overs are different.So bake till brown)

Allow your crust to cool completely!

Mix your cream cheese with the powered sugar and one cup of cool whip.
Mix untill smooth and sprend it over your crust.

In bowl mix the pudding mix, and pure pumpkin filling with one cup of cool whip.
Spread on top.

Spread on a layer of cool whip

Add your crushed pecans

This needs to chill in the refrigerator at least 4 hours.
