This is not how things work on Steem, I'm sorry. I can't speak for everybody, but I don't follow4follow ever. I only follow the people who produce content I like or personally engage with me over a longer time.

Btw I'd recommend you to edit your profile settings and add a profile description so that people know what they may expect to find in your page.
