The province of Quebec in Canada has had a long love history with Starcraft. It all started with the OSL in Korea back in 2000, which was won by none other than Guillaume Patry, a Quebecer. Since then, Quebec has hosted 3 WCS Circuit events and is home to some of NA’s top GMs, most notably Semper, Jig, Sottorks and Disk. As Tychus would say, “It’s about time” we organized ourselves an offline Starcraft II tournament with commentary and a decent prize pool. So, on October 26th, we officially founded the QSL (Quebec Starcraft League) at Meltdown Montreal. Tune in to PVP’s stream for Starcraft II action on November 24th for the very first first edition of this event!
