Sprouted Superfood Salad!

This recipe is easy, fresh, delicious and very nutritious!

We are using lental sprouts because they are abundant and cheap here in Panama and also taste very nice in salads.

After they are sprouted takes a couple days we put big bowls in the fridge and they keep for almost a week.

Then we just add fresh diced tomatoes, fresh cilantro, lime juice, red onions and red cabbage with a sprinkle of pink Himalayan salt!

It’s super healthy, and lots of protein for a salad.

**Gosh, haven't used lentil sprouts in ages! They'd be a really tasty addition to the salads I've been making from garden produce - will put some on to sprout now! Thanks for the reminder!
