4 factors that determine your health

  1. Substance abuse. Sorry, you can't smoke n expect it to do good to your body. Your body likes it for a different reason, not because it is good.
  2. Diet. You need a good mix of fiber, protein & a balanced diet. Junk food is called junk for a reason.
  3. Activity. Physical activity is necessary for a healthy body, mind & life. Workout at least 3hrs/ week. Physical workout completely alters the functioning of the entire body. The lymphatic system does't have a pumping organ like heart. It relies on the physical activity. A sluggish lymphatic system causes a lot of health issues.
  4. Body Fat % - Obesity is the root cause of a lot of health problems. Stay slim.
