I don't think it's such a bad thing for developers and companies to get such quick feedback from a system. Most places, devs spend a lot of time guessing at marketing, figure out how to advertise, and all kinds of other money sinks

Seems like in your mind, scammers/spammers should be allowed to just keep spamming and scamming without anyone stopping them. Hopefully that is just a temporary emotional response and not a thought that continues
It is good for bad things to fail so they can be rebuilt into something better. Nothing should be "too big to fail"
