This statement by Einstein cannot be falsified. Whether in your business, academic, career or relationship, you cannot possibility stick to the same routine of doing things and not get similar result each time. To get different result however, you've got to change the way you do it. Its like attempting to get to destination B, but you keep moving on a path that is proven to lead to destruction A. Doing so, according to Einstein, will amount to insanity.
