Are you Happy? Often time is the simplest but hardest question to be answer.
But there is always answers, inside of your own mind and heart. Happiness is not hard to find, at all. Simply ask yourself a simple question. "What makes you Happy?" Move your life into that direction in any speed you like and no matter how slow, keep moving! We are the dancers of our own Life, So, we dance in any speed and style we liked!
There might be a lot of things come to mind, but. Ask yourself again, "What is making me unhappy??" Stop doing the unhappy things, pick yourself up from the wrong path and move towards the Happy Path.
Grow a Happy Habit that suits your interests.
Love music? start writing a music blog or vlog. Love watching sports? go join a local team. Love writing? what about writing on social media daily, and slowly grow them into a book to be publish?
Quiet down, turn off the phone, get off the internet, talk to yourself, then ask.
Listen to your heart, be Honest, to what makes you Happy, write in down on paper, and make plan start doing it. Baby steps is cute, but Do IT. NOW.
