The world, people and rules of society make us our ability to explore be restrained and it takes effort for us to gain courage to try something new sometimes...it can be simply talking to a stranger on the street, like doing something like bungee jumping, or talking in public. This quote motivates me a lot today, since in a couple of hours i have to do a presentation to 25 people at work and i never enjoyed talking in public. I will just take it as a new experience and try to do my best :)

It was better than i tought @goodvibrations At first i was a bit shy and my heart was beating fast but after some minutes i felt very comfortable doing the presentation and at the end answering the questions. I guess i should't have felt so much worried about this since it went better than i expected :)
