Amazing story, yes it's totally upon us if we want to vanish our pain or not, vanishing our pain is not easy as saying of words, we have to study ourselves means why we are getting the pain, what affects us a lot, and how i am behaving in an particular situation, if you improve your thoughts and actions then you can vanish or minimise your pain, and to reduce the pain or negativity from your body, you have to work on those works which gives you happiness, peace and makes you smile. For example, there was a person who wanted to become an sportsperson but he faced failure and failed to become an sportsman and it leads him towards depression and immense pain but after sometime, to reduce his pain he invested his time in the sport in which he is good and inturn it gives him happiness so, he is not positioned with an sportsman but he moved with an thought as, "Once a sportsman, always a sportsman.
