Although we go through life making plans to improve, trying not to create conflicts and looking for happiness in everything that surrounds us, it is difficult to avoid it when things do not go as we want and lose control of the situation, is when we need a helping hand that support us, the simple fact of knowing that someone is willing to listen or help with their advice can make a difference for a friend or a person who is going through bad times.
