I try to live by this statement everyday. Constantly adjusting your attitude everyday is a good thing. You can find happiness in every little things and there are inspirations around us everywhere we go.
Try to maintain positive attitude everyday and if it can't be done at that time, move your mind off it. Then sit back later in the day and reflect, try to change that bad experience into something positive. What is it that that situation try to to teach us? One you figure that out, even if you can't get over it right now, try to learn from it and move on.
Time and emotions shouldn't be wasted on negative energy. Being sad for one minute is 60 seconds of your life not being happy.
