Quote of the Day #19: Have Friends That Force You To Level Up!

in #quoteoftheday8 years ago

Give it everything you got, come in first place and grab the gold!

Sometimes going at it alone is the best strategy, sometimes it isn’t. You need to surround yourself with smart and powerful people. Not the kind of power that corrupts, the kind of power that gets things DONE!

Your peer group is where you start, do you challenge each other to be better today than you were yesterday? Do you celebrate each other’s victories? Do you genuinely hope your peers grab that success that they truly crave? Do they do the same for you?

When the pavement hits the road, you need to make it count. Make sure your closest inner circle is helping you be the best you can be and leveling up LIKE A BOSS on the regular.

Did you like today’s quote? Consider an UPVOTE or a RESTEEM, I would be very appreciative!

thumbs up like a boss

That's awesome @simo95! Thanks a lot.

First of all, congratulation for your level up and up, very quickly! Great works!

Yes, I'm really happy surrounding myself with smart and powerful person like you! Cheers! ;)

You are far too kind @tangmo, thanks a lot for all the support :) You are doing some amazing things too which is awesome! Happy to meet such nice people such as yourself on Steemit.

I think it was Jim Rohn who was best known for saying 'you're the sum total of the 5 people you spend the most time with' So true!

Having a positive, supportive peer group is massively important. No matter how smart and well-intentioned you are, it can be difficult to make it on your own. A good peer group keeps you awake and gives you a point of reference for your own actions (or lack of them!).

You nailed it there @septimusmaximus! and that 'sum total of the 5 closest people' quote is so true, especially if you just take a look around online or in the real world, so so true!

"Totally agree with it!

Cool, thanks for backing me up @iveta, I agree too :)
