I love the Timothy Ferriss quote! I agree that in our most uncomfortable positions, we should try to reach the depths of our minds when in conversation. Listening is key and sometimes hard to follow. If we persevere on the ability to focus, we can then reciprocate in conversation by being apart of the energy. We are now communicating on the same frequency and never did notice how much we just learned and are now the center of the conversation.

Right. There's layers upon layers of depth to any given exchange. The participants determine how deep they're willing to go. How honest they're willing to be. How exposed they're willing to get. And, thus, uncomfortable.

You're doing very well and I'm excited for you! You're very motivated and have very interesting ideas as well as intellect. Good going!
