Yes, 2 SBD/STEEM as registration.
The 12 steem lease means you send 12 steem to Qurator and we upgrade you to Tier 5 for 40 days. We use the steem to lease more SP from the minnowbooster market. That way we can support more members and give better upvotes. This will fall away soon as we are moving to delegation only to advance in Tiers.
Ah, so maybe I should do 12 Steem lease for 40 days. And it will automatically have all future posts at Tier 5 correct? Does it do past posts that haven't been paid out yet?
