With Drugwars changing again I think many players will never get their investment back. They did state it was a game, but it doesn't mean we all played it like a game. Being a crypto game and here on the Steemit chain most people made their calculations and spent their Steem with a return on investment in mind. Sadly it doesn't look like all will get their funds back.
No matter what game we play here on Steemit I think there will always be some loss/risk involved. Stick to the devs you know, the ones you trust. It was after all just a game and not an investment scheme... Let's hope this change might still bring us some positive results

It was quite obvious it was unsustainable on the long run. I spent 18 Steem, got 3 Steem of return. And I entered in the first week!
True indeed, many posts about it not being sustainable as well. Still, we all kept playing. =P
We will hopefully see a return much later in the future. For some, they already got theirs, some not. I am pretty close though.
I am more than happy that a certain someone has spent 20000 STEEM or more on the game, which were distributed by everyone else! We need more games like this. 😅

Yes, this is a change, but it is a known unknown...you may argue that it was a sham and now all you get are their FUTURE nonsense, and you’d be right...but maybe 1 FUTURE is worth 10 Steem? Who knows? It’s a game, you took a punt to begin with...when they had to immediately come out and fight accusations of “Ponzi scheme” things were already clear.
